Transparency is a key to our business model and our communication with our agents and clients. With that in mind, there are key points and policies that matter to us and to our success.
MyCrib 360 only subscribes to First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS), as we cater primarily to the Greater Atlanta area and suburbs.
MyCrib 360 assists clients in purchase and/or sale of properties. We do not offer property management services, and our agents may not manage properties for others, or their own while affiliated with this brokerage.
MyCrib 360 does not hold Earnest Money, and our agents are strongly encouraged to utilize closing attorneys as EM holders. We do hold a trust account for exceptional circumstances only.
MyCrib 360 agents and brokers may not hold trust accounts.
MyCrib 360 agents and brokers may not serve as 'Power of Attorney' for their clients.
MyCrib 360 agents and brokers may not engage in 'Dual Agency'.
We want you to be you. We want you happy and focused on building and expanding your business the way you see fit, and we want to be there to facilitate your success. That said, there are a handful of important characteristics we need in all of our teammates:
First and foremost you are ethical, and conduct your business with utmost professionalism.
You are responsive. If you don't have the discipline to respond to your clients and customers in a timely fashion, this may not be the ideal career for you.
You are a seasoned and experienced agent/broker, who requires little to no training or hand-holding. We will accept newer agents on a case by case basis.
You are a Realtor, and a member of the 'Atlanta Realtors Association'. Other associations may be considered on a case by case basis in exceptional circumstances.
Your license has never been suspended or revoked in the State of Georgia or any other State.

One Simple Plan - Keep 100% of Your Commission
We offer one simple plan to all of our agents and avoid complicated and confusing hierarchies. We want you to keep as much as you possibly can, we just need enough to keep the lights on and make this possible for you.
$400 transaction fee plus the FMLS fee of 0.12% (when applicable) of the sale's price, and you keep the rest. Gross commissions less than $2,000 will be split 20/80. See examples below.
$50 for rentals, plus the FMLS fee.
Recurring annual fee of $240 for Errors and Omissions insurance (once every January/prorated monthly at sign-on)
No monthly brokerage fees, no minimums, and no caps.
50/50 Commission Split on company-provided leads, MyCrib 360 covers FMLS fee.
Example of Commission Split on a $300,000 Home:
Gross Commission at 3%: $9,000
FMLS Fee: ($360)
Broker Transaction Fee: ($400)
Net Commission Paid to You: $8,240
Example of Commission Split on a $40,000 Land/Lot:
Gross Commission at 3%: $1,200
FMLS Fee: ($48)
Broker Fee - 20% for Commissions under $2,000: ($240)
Net Commission Paid to You: $912

Open Door Policy:
Our aim is for you to learn and succeed. The leadership is here to assist and answer any questions you may have without putting financial burden on our agents. We will help and mentor when necessary, with no commission split requirements.
End of Year Bonus:
$5,000 end of year bonus for top performing agents with a minimum 90 transactions closed during their affiliation at MyCrib 360 in the calendar year.
$2,500 end of year bonus for top performing agents with a minimum 55 transactions closed during their affiliation at MyCrib 360 in the calendar year.
$1,000 end of year bonus for top performing agents with a minimum 30 transactions closed during their affiliation at MyCrib 360 in the calendar year.
*** These transactions do not include rentals. All transactions must be closed by December 20th of each year. Closings after December 20th will count towards the following year.
Recruitment Credit:
* Bring your friends along. We will waive one transaction fee for every seasoned agent you refer to MyCrib 360 that we bring onboard (you are responsible for FMLS fees)
Personal Properties:
* Your transaction fee waived once per year for purchase or sale of your primary residence (you are responsible for FMLS fees if not waived)
* Pay $200 transaction fee for any number of purchase or sale of investment properties with you and/or your spouse as principal (you are responsible for FMLS fees)
